After watching the tickets Vivaan asks that why the trip would be through Delhi and why she opts for the bus for their voyage. After taking the seat on the bus, Vivaan goes out to take something. Meanwhile, Reema recalls how she gets some sleeping pills from a pharmacy shop. She put the pills in his juice and hands them over to him.

Vivaan who is unaware of the plan Reema drinks the juice. On the other side, Geetanjali Devi is worried for Ishita and her baby and stands outside the hospital. She is constantly praying for the baby of Ishita. Gajendra and Sandhya try to console her and say no need to worry everything will going to be fine. Badimaa in a panicked voice asks the doctor to do all possible things in order to save the life of Ishita and her baby. Though in the cabin of the doctor, Ishita is calmly eating momos and she also offers to the doctor to have it. Aditi comes to the hospital and asks about her health of Ishita and Pallavi starts accusing Simar of the condition of Ishita but Badimaa tries to handle the situation and says she did not do anything intentionally. On the other side, Ishita is happy to get succeed in her plan and thinks that now Badimaa will start to hate her. In the meantime, Simar comes to the hospital but she meets Kavya where she got to know that Kavya is pregnant and she is actually carrying a baby Reyansh.
