Queen Coffins Arrives In Scotland For Final Time
As the reports suggest, her highness’s coffin was brought to Scotland on the 11th of September 2022, Sunday and she was kept at the Holyroodhouse palace. After mourners pay their respect, her body will be carried to the St. Giles Cathedral, in a procession where king Charles will be leading the royal family behind the coffin of her highness which will be held on the 12th of September 2022, Monday. The coffin is guarded by many guards and the queue of the mourners will last for hours. Also while the queen is there, no photography and videos are allowed. AS there is a bad weather conditions in Scotland, there is a possibility that the people there to mourn will face problems and also, the royal family members will be standing to guard one after the other while the queen is still there.
Thousands Of People Pay Their Last Respects To Queen At Scotland Church
After Queen Elizabeth was brought to Scotland, the crown of Scotland was placed on her coffin and later the public can pay their respects to the queen for the last time while her coffin will be placed openly. While Queen’s coffin arrived at the Holyroodhouse palace huge crowd was supposedly there to greet and pay respect to the queen. The coffin of the queen will be kept for display from 5 pm onwards on Monday. Robert Aldridge, Lord Lieutenant of Edinburgh said in a statement that the demise news was a great sadness all around the world and it has been greeted with an emotional outpouring. He added that the amount of emotional outpouring shows how they respect the queen and he also added that King Charles will be welcomed warmly.

Robert said that he knew people would arrive in a huge number and that the people of Scotland can take pride that the Queen had her cherished times here and that they will now be seeing the new king. As per the sources, people from across the world are allowed to attend the mourning as the booking of Edinburgh is open online. After she has her time in Scotland, her highness will be transported to London and from there to the Westminster Hall and lie-in-state on the 13th of Sept. The final ritual, the funeral will be held on the 19th of September 2022.
