Who Is Martin Sheen?
He said that he never changed his original name it is still the same on his birth certificate, driving license, and all but he is addressed by Martin Sheen, which is not his real name. Martin said that Ramon Gerardo Estevez is his real name and he adopted his stage name. He said that Ramon’s name is on his every certificate but he changed his name to Martin. Martin while speaking about the name change said that he regrets changing his name and also said that sometimes one gets persuaded when you don’t have enough insights into anything and if one stands against the things he believes in, he will regret it later and he said that he spoke it all in his own decision makings and said that he is speaking about himself. He said that he believed in himself but he regrets it now as he opposed his own beliefs.

Martin is the father of four children, and four of them are in the acting industry itself. Amilo Estevez, Charlie Sheen, Ramon Estevez, and Renee Estevez are his four children. When speaking about his life, Martin said that he left his house despite his father’s disapproval. He said that his parents were immigrants, his father from Spain and his mother was from Ireland and they named him Ramon Estevez. He said that he was inspired by the Hollywood industry and always wanted to work in films. While speaking about his father, Martin said that his father was inspired by the pop culture of the 50s and he used to watch and listen to it. But, when he started communicating about his career, his father initially said that martin was not skilled in any dancing or singing.

And then he explained to his father that it was a life or death situation for him to pursue his career and even his father didn’t see the pops culture persons dance or sing in person. Martin explained that his father was always supportive and when he left to pursue his career, he blessed Martin and blessed him later as well. Martin said, I adore my father and he blessed me for the rest of his life. Addressing his son Emilio, Martin said that he wasn’t involved in his children’s career he was just doing his best in his career when one day his son Emilio showed up on his set, not to meet him but to be a part of the show, and that time Emilio was suggested to change his name. Martin said I am thankful he didn’t change his name. Martin changed his name after joining two names and he did it to get fame and to get recognized and more easily pronounced.
